De functie
Identify and attract top blue-collar talent by collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and drive fast, quality hires.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future blue-collar roles.
Coordinate onboarding logistics with onsite presence required for at least 3 days per week during onboarding.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, data-driven recruiting, and strong relationship management.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Dutch, and 7+ years of recruitment experience in blue-collar profiles.
