De functie
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using Yardi and the AR Manager.
Code invoices accurately in collaboration with Asset Managers and business owners.
Enter ACH activity and process cash receipts through Yardi AR Manager.
Assist senior accountants with journal entries and ad hoc projects to support timely closings.
Reconcile balances, resolve discrepancies, monitor payments, and support special initiatives as needed.
Maintain rigorous controls and prioritize accuracy, efficiency, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
