De functie
As an SBA Underwriter, you will analyze credit information and determine lending decisions for a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients, focusing on SBA 504 and 7(a) programs.
You will structure loans, assess repayment capacity using financial models, and determine collateral requirements aligned with risk appetite and policies.
You will sign off on new, renewal, and extension loans within delegated authority while maintaining strong client service.
You will monitor portfolio performance, identify deteriorating credit conditions and regulatory compliance gaps, and adjust strategies accordingly.
You will lead development proposals and deliver presentations to capture new business, while building and maintaining client relationships.
You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and partners to grow the portfolio, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure data accuracy in banking systems.
