De functie
Act as a Senior IT Recruiter for a fast-paced Talent Delivery Center, focusing on filling contract and contract-to-hire roles for in-demand IT skillsets.
Lead full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening to assessments, interviewing coordination, negotiation, and closing.
Source candidates via networks, job boards, social media, and internal databases, with emphasis on ERP, CRM, Cloud, Security, and related areas.
Develop and maintain relationships with IT professionals and generate market intelligence to support business development and referrals.
Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality submissions and exceptional customer service, while managing multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements include 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in listed domains, strong communication, and proven ability to build candidate relationships and close deals.
