Lead the delivery and ongoing development of a large retail RPO account within a long-standing partnership.
Combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic account management to drive service performance.
Own relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
Lead and coach a recruitment team to deliver high-volume, high-quality hires on time and within SLA.
Bring genuine enthusiasm for the retail sector and adapt to its fast pace, with a focus on exceptional candidate and client experiences.
Travel to client sites as required and collaborate across HR and business partners to continuously improve delivery.
