Launch from setup to optimization, focusing on audience targeting, testing strategies, and measurable performance.
Own the client relationship—lead calls, deliver clear strategy updates, and explain results with context.
Monitor daily performance: track CPL, CPA, lead quality, pacing, and deliver weekly data-backed reports with actionable recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, copy, and strategy teams to keep campaigns moving toward ROI goals.
After 90 days, contribute to onboarding and mentoring as the team scales toward leadership.
