De functie
Administer and optimize databases supporting content applications across on-premises and cloud environments, using MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle. Design and manage relational schemas with SQL, including normalization and query optimization to support publishing workflows. Tune performance with indexing, query optimization, and monitoring tools while implementing robust security practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and backups. Troubleshoot database issues and partner with development teams to optimize queries and ensure scalable, reliable systems. Develop and maintain comprehensive database documentation, data standards, procedures, and definitions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Support cloud migration efforts and CI/CD processes, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and prioritize deadlines in a dynamic environment.
