De functie
Support Identity and Access Management by provisioning user accounts, terminations, and changes.
Manage Active Directory objects—accounts, groups, and OUs—and maintain Group Policies.
Provide timely Help Desk engagement and assist with remote access and access-related issues.
Maintain and update scripts, automated jobs, and runbooks; keep IAM documentation current.
Handle Office 365 license management and grant access to clinical applications (e.g., Cerner, Eclipsys, PACS).
Demonstrate strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills to troubleshoot identity and access problems and support operations.
