De functie
Lead and manage the end-to-end business development process for proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and graphic design teams to produce compelling sales collateral.
Tailor content, edit drafts, coordinate reviews, and manage milestones to keep pursuits on schedule.
Write original content, deliver final pitch materials, and coach presentation teams in rehearsals.
Promote best practices across pitches, capture post-pitch feedback, and enable data-driven decision support.
Requirements: 3+ years in B2B proposal writing or related marketing, strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, MS Office proficiency; Bachelor's degree in journalism/English/communications/marketing; fully remote role.
