De functie
Seek a Staff Backend Engineer to architect and own the AI orchestration engine enabling autonomous digital workers.
Own major portions of a platform that replaces traditional enterprise sales stacks, including lead data processing and campaign orchestration.
Design high-throughput pipelines to process millions of signals and support real-time decisions by AI agents.
Build and scale infrastructure for email deliverability, inbox management, and AI coordination with end-to-end ownership.
Operate in a fast-paced, flat engineering culture with rapid iteration, strong reliability standards, and a bias toward shipping.
Qualifications include 6+ years of backend experience, deep knowledge of distributed systems and API design, and expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and AWS.
