De functie
Senior Research Scientist role focused on advancing foundation models for design generation and editing in a production environment.
Design and run experiments to test hypotheses, improve model behavior, and evaluate real-world performance.
Translate theoretical research into robust, production-ready implementations with guidance from the team.
Develop and refine model architectures and training methodologies to improve outcomes, and collaborate with ML engineers to scale models into the product ecosystem.
Stay abreast of emerging trends, document findings, and share knowledge across teams, including external talks where appropriate.
This role offers exposure to AI strategy and opportunities for self-driven research with impact at a global scale.
