Lead and mentor a ~20-person data organization across Product Platform Data, Infrastructure Data, and Central Data Science to deliver impact at scale.
Partner with Platform and Infrastructure Engineering leaders to shape and execute a robust data strategy for platform reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
Own the data science roadmap for core data infrastructure, including the experimentation platform, enabling data-informed decision making.
Drive technical excellence and steward analytics projects that inform how scalable systems are built to serve billions of users.
Enable strategic AI investments and advanced analytics to improve cost optimization, capacity planning, and system observability.
Own prioritization and capacity planning across three interconnected data teams while communicating clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
