De functie
Own and drive strategic business development initiatives to grow sales, expand market share, and profitability for a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer.
Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets with accuracy and accountability.
Manage product and sample inventories and act as liaison between sales, marketing, product, and supply chain.
Research area markets and top accounts to craft data-driven sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Lead negotiations and placements of displays, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet and exceed customer needs.
Develop people management skills, coach direct reports, and ensure compliance with all division policies and procedures.
