De functie
Lead role focused on building and enhancing native mobile features for both iOS and Android.
Hands-on development (~80%) with emphasis on architecture, scalability, automation, and enterprise-grade UI.
Collaborate with web and backend teams; own development, testing, deployment, and on-call support in a heavy AWS environment.
Contribute to credit card collections features, post-enrollment experiences, new offers, and client integrations.
Mentor 2-3 engineers while contributing to a team of 6-8, fostering code quality and open-source practices.
Requirements: 10+ years native mobile experience (iOS/Android), strong Swift/Xcode and Kotlin/Java; 4+ years JS/TS/Python; AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, ECS); REST APIs; CI/CD; production on-call; bachelor's degree; preferred 15+ years and Master's; banking experience preferred.
