Drive repeat business by acquiring high-end luxury consignments from assigned clients through proactive in-home outreach.
Coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipping logistics to e-commerce centers, delivering a white-glove client experience.
Meet and exceed monthly quotas by reconnecting with clients, reactivating lapsed consignors, and generating referrals.
Present and review consignment contracts, set pricing expectations with internal tools and market knowledge, and guide clients through every step.
Collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations teams to address concerns and maximize sales opportunities; spend 70%+ in the field.
Operate independently in a fast-paced field role, leveraging a CRM to track activity, opportunities, and performance.
