De functie
Line 1: Own and deliver agentic AI capabilities for marketing automation, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous systems to reason, decide, and act across real customer workflows.
Line 2: Define how agents reason, act, escalate, and collaborate with humans across modern marketing workflows, including human-triggered, agent-triggered, and autonomous actions.
Line 3: Collaborate with data science and engineering to translate LLMs and proprietary AI capabilities into reliable, usable product experiences.
Line 4: Write clear product requirements (PRD), define success metrics, prioritize tradeoffs, and unblock teams to ship high-quality solutions.
Line 5: Define and track metrics such as adoption, task success, automation rate, and business impact; iterate to improve trust, accuracy, and usability.
Line 6: Work with design, sales, product marketing, compliance, and customers to ensure agents are understandable, safe, demo-able, and valuable; mentor peers and raise product quality.
