Business Development Manager - Tax, Pension & Employment

Lead the development and execution of business development and marketing plans aligned with firm strategy, tracking ROI and refining approaches. Drive BD for the Americas Tax, Pension & Employment practice by shaping offerings, identifying market opportunities, and contributing to pitches and capability statements. Collaborate with internal teams to raise the practice profile through events, PR, awards submissions, and thought leadership. Apply deep product knowledge to support client and sector programs, while conducting competitive and market analyses to uncover opportunities. Partner with the Global Tax, Pensions & Employment BD Senior Manager to implement strategic BD projects and align activities with the BD operating model and technology roadmap. Leverage opportunities to develop cross-selling and key client support experiences from global and domestic perspectives.
