De functie
Lead deployment and operations for a high-scale AI product focused on reinforcement learning-driven LLM personalization.
Build systematic Kubernetes workflows to deploy the product across on-prem, cloud, and SaaS environments.
Serve as a primary point-of-contact for customer onboarding, POCs, demos, and post-sale production support.
Own on-call tasks, incident response, security escalations, and scale-out planning across NA time zones.
Collaborate on the product roadmap by translating commercial needs into robust, scalable DevOps solutions.
Balance reliability, security, and user experience while maintaining a strong focus on asynchronous, clear communication.
