De functie
Inbound customer service representative supporting small-business insurance inquiries on-site in San Antonio.
Assist customers applying online or calling for help, aiming for one-call resolution.
Provide guidance on policy coverage, billing questions, and general clarification.
Accurately document interactions and promptly enter leads across multiple systems.
Handle multiple tasks—calls, documentation, and follow-ups—in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
Position starts March 2, 2026 as a 4-month contract-to-hire with pay ranging from $19 unlicensed to $21.47 licensed.
