De functie
Act as the primary point of contact for new hires, guiding onboarding and New Hire Orientation.
Coordinate background checks and drug screenings with external vendors to ensure timely setup for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, including status changes, terminations, and data audits.
Respond to employee inquiries, complete employment verifications, and administer leave under FMLA.
Regularly review and update HR SOPs, promote confidentiality and inclusive practices, and support special projects.
Operate in a full-time hybrid schedule with cross-department collaboration to support onboarding and equipment distribution.
