Develop and execute a strategic channel partner program across the eastern US, including distributors, system integrators, installers, and sales agents.
Define and implement a channel-driven sales strategy to meet order volume and profitability targets for process automation and electrical control systems.
Assess market segments and determine where direct, indirect, or multi-channel approaches maximize market share.
Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with top-tier channel partners aligned to business goals.
Enable partner success through technical and commercial training, tools, and support to sell and integrate distributed control systems, digital solutions, and electrical offerings.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure channel partners are integrated into growth plans and to drive synergies across solutions.
