De functie
The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients in our orthopedic practice.
Greet patients and callers, register new patients, and schedule appointments with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Verify insurance, obtain authorizations and referrals, collect co-pays and payments, and maintain accurate demographics.
Provide front-desk support to ensure clinics run smoothly and assist patients or staff as needed.
Operate with high organization in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and own duties beyond the basics.
This role requires bilingual Spanish proficiency and flexibility to travel between Tinley Park and Hyde Park as needed.
