De functie
Manage designated key accounts and serve as the primary contact to cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Drive revenue within existing accounts through strategic planning, upselling, and cross-selling of injection molding solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
Lead the full sales cycle from identification and deal structuring to negotiation and closing, including RFQ oversight.
Collaborate with business development and leadership to identify new opportunities and maximize margins.
