De functie
Take ownership of ML features within an Applied AI team delivering data-driven product capabilities for discovery and user engagement.
Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready models for ranking, search, NLP, and personalization used by millions of users.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, data analysts, and ML engineers to translate insights into user-facing features.
Drive the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data exploration and feature engineering to experimentation, monitoring, and CI/CD deployment.
Leverage cloud tools and platforms (GCP Vertex AI, BigQuery, Airflow) and stay at the forefront of AI/ML technologies.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and adopt a product-minded, cross-functional approach to deliver measurable impact.
