De functie
Welcome guests with warmth and personalized greetings, escort them to seats, and introduce their dining journey with poise. Manage reservations and seating flow to ensure a seamless, refined experience. Communicate effectively with servers and chefs to accommodate special requests, dietary restrictions, and guest preferences. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, engaging guests with insights when appropriate. Deliver anticipatory service by recognizing opportunities to elevate the experience before requests arise. Maintain pristine presentation of the entrance and dining areas and support opening and closing duties to uphold a culture of excellence.
