De functie
Seeking a founding Backend Engineer to design and scale high-performance Python services for AI-powered video workflows.
Own API development, distributed systems, and infrastructure to support generation, modeling, and model-serving pipelines.
Build GPU-enabled video pipelines and inference via state-of-the-art models (WAN, LTX 2.3, OV ai) on cloud platforms.
Collaborate closely with founders on architecture, roadmap, and long-term AI strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
Hybrid role in Grapevine, TX (3 days onsite) with opportunities to ship quickly and take ownership end-to-end.
Ideal candidates bring production Python backend experience, experience with video modeling or multimodal AI, and a strong ownership mindset.
