De functie
Coordinate the flow of projects across an agency franchise to ensure organized, efficient timelines and timely launches.
Lead multiple junior project management staff, monitor workloads, and support the Director of Project Management with department initiatives.
Route jobs through all departments, maintain accurate job history on SharePoint, and prepare launch-related documents for clients.
Develop timelines, lead weekly internal status meetings, and alert teams to upcoming due dates and potential delays.
Manage timesheets in Dynamics, open new job numbers, and ensure complete cover sheets and proper documentation.
Provide mentorship, enforce quality control standards, support new business initiatives, and foster a professional, calm client-focused environment.
