De functie
Serve as the first point of contact for staff, delivering Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software, including imaging laptops and desktops and maintaining inventory.
Support mobile devices and conference room AV setups, providing hands-on assistance for meetings.
Adhere to ITIL/ITSM practices, manage incidents and requests through the ticketing system, and aim for high first-contact resolution.
Contribute to IT service roadmaps, create user guides, and deliver on-site PC training under guidance.
Maintain asset management procedures for equipment, configure BYOD, and ensure proper deployment and storage of assets.
