De functie
Provide advanced IT support to VIP and standard users, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues while meeting strict SLAs.
Lead projects to enhance the executive tech environment and enforce endpoint security standards.
Serve as the primary incident response contact, document root causes in ServiceNow, and escalate to Tier II/III or vendors as needed.
Manage onboarding, identity management, SAP access, password resets, imaging, and device deployment across platforms.
Act as the office L1-L3 resource for desktop, network, AV, inventory, and travel to offsite events.
Create knowledge content and train staff, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with executives with a customer-first approach.
