Blockchain Risk & GRC Manager - FinTech / Digital Assets

Lead a team of risk analysts to plan and perform risk assessments of complex IT systems and digital asset products for financial services clients. Develop and implement new controls for risks posed by digital assets, including crypto custody, crypto exchanges, staking, and tokenization. Design and oversee governance, risk, and compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory expectations, collaborating with forensic experts to strengthen fraud controls. Drive business development in operational risk management; manage client relationships, pursue opportunities, and respond to RFPs. Manage delivery of solutions and projects with emphasis on quality, risk, billability, and engagement economics; ensure timely, high-quality results with ongoing stakeholder engagement. Stay ahead of emerging technologies (especially blockchain), think entrepreneurially, and lead teams through ambiguity toward production-scale solutions.
