Lead Data Platform Engineer

Lead Data Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a secure Azure-based Data Lakehouse using Databricks, PySpark, and Spark SQL. Own architectural design, guide engineers, and ensure scalability, security, and governance. Contribute hands-on with PySpark, Python, and SQL, and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/ARM). Mentor team members, foster automation for cluster management and networking, and promote best practices. Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.
