The role
An Estimator is responsible for preparing precise and competitive quotations based on enquiries, drawings, specifications, and tender documents. They interpret technical information to identify project risks and develop viable pricing strategies that balance client value with profit margins. The role involves negotiating quotations, converting successful bids into confirmed orders, and maintaining detailed CRM records. Coordinators work closely with contracts, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers and effective communication throughout each project lifecycle. They establish strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, source and verify material costs, and assist with quality audits to uphold company accreditations, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
