The role
The role involves leading civil and structural design reviews, specialising in steel, concrete, geotechnical engineering, and foundations for utility substations. The candidate will oversee project development, ensuring design compliance and quality control while mentoring junior staff. Site visits and occasional travel are expected, supporting project execution at key client facilities. Proficiency in design review, technical leadership, and relevant software such as RISA 3-D and STAAD.Pro are essential. The position requires a PE licence in specified states or the ability to obtain one within a year, with preferred SE licensure. The work environment combines collaborative team management with independent technical responsibilities, supporting infrastructure development initiatives.
