The role
The apprenticeship offers hands-on experience supporting cloud infrastructure, monitoring systems, and troubleshooting issues under expert guidance. It requires enthusiasm for learning new technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be effective in communication, organisational skills, and capable of planning and reporting tasks accurately. Willingness to travel within the UK and to obtain security clearance are essential, along with the right to work in the UK. Qualifications in STEM subjects or a Level 3 IT apprenticeship are preferred, with potential for international qualification recognition.
