The role
Fullstack Software Engineer
We seek a skilled Fullstack Engineer to join our San Francisco-based team. The ideal candidate will own features from database schema to UI components, architecting new features for scale, and integrating AI services into our SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities include shipping high-quality code, designing robust solutions for complex loan file data, and bridging the gap between AI models and user applications. The candidate will work closely with our ML team, drive engineering culture, and contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews, design docs, and observability.
Required skills include 4+ years of production experience, strong backend fluency in Go, Java, or C++, and frontend competence in React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks. Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform is a plus. Strong ownership, empathy, and communication skills are essential.
