The role
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team delivering governed Generative AI solutions.
Design testing strategies, evaluation frameworks, and governance controls to ensure reliability, ethics, and scalability of AI agents.
Supervise teams, manage client accounts, and apply best practices across AI platforms, data pipelines, and system integrations.
Foster collaboration, uphold professional standards, and drive innovation aligned with client needs.
Oversee end-to-end AI agent pipelines, verify data quality, lineage, and transformation accuracy, and automate quality gates within CI/CD.
Coach team members, expand capabilities beyond comfort zones, and cultivate trusted client relationships.
