The role
Il supervise la performance commerciale de l'e-commerce et des ventes B2B, coordonne le développement international et pilote des stratégies d'acquisition et de fidélisation. Il garantit la fiabilité du back-office, le merchandising digital et l'optimisation de la conversion. Il anime la relation client B2C et B2B, en assurant une expérience haut de gamme. Son environnement technique comprend Shopify, CRM, outils marketing automation et plateformes d'analyse. Il contribue à structurer l'organisation commerciale et à déployer une organisation AI-native, favorisant l'automatisation et l'innovation. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing, opérations et R&D.
