The role
AIM seeks a Pre-Construction Manager to oversee project planning from enquiry to contract award, ensuring technical accuracy and commercial viability. The role involves leading tender processes, developing cost plans, and coordinating design with consultants and internal teams. The candidate will identify risks, explore value engineering solutions, and foster relationships with clients and supply chain partners. Strong experience in construction, pre-construction, estimating, or project management is essential, along with commercial and technical expertise. A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related fields is required. The position involves close collaboration with leadership and contributing to diverse projects including heritage refurbishment.
