Recommend solutions, including installation and related services, while listening to needs and addressing concerns.
Highlight current promotions and financing options to help customers make informed decisions.
Understand local competition and articulate advantages to guide customers through every step and set clear expectations.
Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics while delivering excellent customer service in a clean, organized, and safe store.
Collaborate with team members, monitor inventory, and drive in-stock levels to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
