The role

Technicien Exploitation et Production IT confirmé, mission freelance.
Support technique de proximité sur les sites de Lavaur et Lautrec, résolution autonome des incidents et demandes utilisateurs (système, réseau, matériel).
Gestion du backlog des tickets selon les priorités, escalade des cas complexes au coordinateur national et traçabilité via GLPI et Excel.
Réalisation d'inventaire exhaustif du parc informatique, étiquetage et documentation des interventions, reporting technique quotidien.
Relation utilisateurs et responsables de site: accueil, sensibilisation et amélioration de la satisfaction; participation aux réunions et au suivi des KPI.
Profil: expérience minimale de 3 ans, maîtrise Windows et réseau (LAN/WLAN/VPN), ITIL et GLPI, autonomie sur site, déplacements locaux et nationaux; horaires 9h-18h.
