The role
Lead and mentor a high-performing cloud engineering team to deliver scalable, automated cloud platforms that drive enterprise IT productivity.
Architect solutions, drive automation via IaC and orchestration with Ansible and Terraform, and champion initiatives identified by IT leadership.
Build and manage container platforms (OpenShift and Kubernetes) on Linux (RHEL) and Windows, with VMware virtualization.
Automate cloud deployments across AWS, GCP, and Azure; implement robust scripting (Bash/Python) and software development in JavaScript or Go.
Develop monitoring dashboards and observability with Dynatrace, OpenShift, Prometheus, and set up alerting for performance, security, and reliability; ensure encryption and access management.
Document configurations and processes for cross-team reuse; deploy infrastructure and applications as code in both on-premises and cloud environments.
