The role
The Field HR Specialist handles complex administrative HR tasks and executes established guidelines in a mainly tactical role.
Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, coordinating interviews, posting roles, and administering the hiring workflow.
You will deliver new hire orientation and partner with operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
The role involves handling HR inquiries, managing payroll-related questions, PTO, scheduling, and confidentiality in HRMS systems.
Proactive engagement with associates, resolving HR administration issues, and promoting positive labor relations are key objectives.
On-site duties also include coordinating training, onboarding, and badging activities, plus maintaining employee records and reports.
