The role
A civil project engineer is responsible for supporting the delivery of civil engineering works across transmission projects, providing technical input into scopes, specifications, and project requirements. They review drawings, calculations, reports, and contractor deliverables to ensure compliance and quality. Collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders is essential to meet project objectives. They contribute to design risk assessments, safety reviews, and assurance activities to mitigate project risks. Candidates should hold a civil engineering degree and have experience in utility or substation projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
