The role
Prepare complex financial analyses and risk assessments across product lines, Physician Health Organization performance, and clinical integration incentives.
Develop financial models for new product lines and initiatives, including payor contract analyses.
Lead annual forecast, budget, and month-end close activities with operating units, and analyze budget variances.
Create, qualify, and present Decision Support reports and dashboards from General Ledger and Enterprise Reporting systems.
Generate monthly dashboard reports and assist in board-facing presentations with clear, data-driven insights.
Collaborate across functions, manage multiple projects with tight timelines, and adapt in ambiguous environments; occasional travel may be required.
