Technical Support Specialist:
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple locations.
Assist with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Windows Server administration.
Support infrastructure updates, patching, and system health checks.
Collaborate with senior administrators and cybersecurity teams
