HR Administrator
Deliver end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including internal moves, leavers, Right to Work and visa renewals, pay changes, and sickness absence. Process DSARs in line with regulatory requirements. Manage probation periods by liaising with line managers and escalate to Employee Relations where needed. Conduct regular audits of lifecycle activities such as allowances, working hours and secondments. Administer payroll inputs, deductions and entitlements, and provide guidance to payroll colleagues. Ensure timely and accurate processing of leavers, references, and policies; provide support on employee relations and performance matters; maintain up-to-date process guides and statutory compliance (PAYE and pensions).
