The role
Design and implement a comprehensive compliance program to prevent and detect violations of applicable laws and healthcare regulations.
Ensure the organization understands and adheres to regulatory requirements across the healthcare environment.
Oversee investigations, coordinate corrective actions, and drive accountability for compliance.
Lead development and deployment of policies, procedures, and training to meet government program requirements.
Coordinate regulatory audits and site visits; manage corrective action plans, monitoring, and remediation.
Stay current on industry trends, participate in governance activities, and provide guidance on compliance initiatives.
