The role
As a Senior Staff Data Scientist in Onboard Behavioral Evaluation, define what a successful behavioral launch looks like by balancing a broad portfolio of metrics across diverse driving contexts.
Uphold a high bar for evaluation rigor and act as a gatekeeper to ensure signals are actionable for stakeholders.
Adapt and extend the evaluation framework to accommodate evolving operating domains, including new territories and hardware platforms.
Provide rapid, actionable feedback on each behavioral software release and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science to align roadmaps and influence internal analysis tools and back-end evaluation infrastructure.
Be an expert in onboard behavioral software, act as a technical lead for multiple data scientists, and drive data science excellence across the team.
