The role
Join a fully funded 16-week Digital Support course with online, hands-on learning in Disley (Greater Manchester).
Develop six job-ready modules covering IT Support, Network & Cloud, Digital Security, Data Management, Digital Transformation, and Sector Skills.
Gain practical, portfolio-based assessment with no exams, focusing on real-world skills rather than tests.
Learn to configure operating systems, manage helpdesk tickets, and work with cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cybersecurity tools.
Eligibility: live in Greater Manchester (GMCA), aged 19+, 3+ years UK/EU residence, and earnings below the funded threshold.
Successful participants receive a guaranteed interview with partner employers to kickstart their IT career.
