The role
An experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist applies technical expertise to delivering cloud projects including deployment, migrations, and optimisation of Microsoft 365 solutions. This role involves supporting Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other services, configuring Microsoft Entra ID, and implementing security and information protection solutions. The specialist troubleshoots complex environments, leads technical discussions, and produces documentation, while developing PowerShell scripts and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have hands-on experience within consultancy or professional services and familiarity with Microsoft technologies, migrations, and certifications. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, project management experience, and a pro-active approach to learning and relationship building.
